We know the holidays can be a trying time. Gift yourself the healing experience of clarity, rejuvenation, deep relaxation, and stress relief with a Transformational Breathwork Journey, Sound Bath and healing movements.
We are including breathwork sequences, breath techniques, and Sound Therapy in a half day retreat in preparation for the end of the year and the beginning of 2025.
