Guided Breathwork Journey + Sound Bath

Join us in Livingston, Montana for an immersive in-person breathwork journey and sound bath guided by Malcolm Fowlie of Montana Sacred Sound. This 120-minute group breathwork class blends conscious connected breathing with intuitive coaching and therapeutic music, followed by a deeply restorative sound bath to support rest, reflection, and emotional reset. Each session encourages deep relaxation, nervous system balance, and the gentle release of stored tension. Whether you're exploring breathwork for the first time or returning to deepen your practice, this guided breathwork event is open to all experience levels and is held in a safe, trauma-informed space.
