Guided Breathwork & Relaxation for Couples
You’ll be guided through a full transformational breathwork journey, followed by a deeply restorative sound bath meditation with crystal bowls, gongs, and chimes. The retreat also includes infrared sauna time, light movement to support nervous system release, and individual sound bowl healing using Tibetan sound bowls placed directly on or near the body.
A light lunch is included, and all sessions are held in a supportive, trauma-informed space. This experience is ideal for couples, close friends, or loved ones seeking meaningful connection and rest.
