About the event
Join us for a Transformational Breath work Journey and Sound Bath on Wednesday Evenings in our home. This is a recurring biweekly event.
Our journeys are prepared and guided by Malcolm on a variety of topics including: Interaction with Self and Others, The 5 Primary Trauma Imprints, and the Awakening which incorporates various breathing and sound techniques for a holistic experience.
The sound bath incorporates Zen brass bowls, crystal bowls, gongs and chimes in a surrounding sound environment..
